Classes are
open to students of all levels and have a restorative and rejuvenating
caracter.
In the morning classes we work from a meditative, relaxing state towards
stretching and building strength.
The afternoon classes are of a more dynamic nature.
Daily 1 ½ hours beginners and advanced lessons
include meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and asanas (physical
exercises, yoga postures).

| During these 3 months the emphasis will be on your daily practice of meditation, pranayama and asanas. Through your personal experience you will not only learn to understand these different techniques but also to become intrinsically aware of them. This understanding and awareness will enable you to begin acquiring the knowledge in order to teach and broaden your insight into the needs of your future students. |
